This remodel transformed the amenity space into a light-filled retreat that balanced modern comfort with the calming presence of nature. Expansive natural light established a sense of openness and renewal, while subtle organic touches—rhythmic vertical lines, soft earthy tones, and greenery—brought warmth and connection throughout the space.

As part of the process, JPC worked closely with the City of Bellevue to secure approvals for a horizontal smoke curtain through an Alternative Materials and Methods Request (AMMR), ensuring safety requirements were met while preserving the openness of the design.
