Everything starts in our own office. Made of a diverse group of designers and specialists, our Green Team organizes sustainability-focused trainings for design staff, researches current trends to evolve our design library criteria, and offers community-driven engagement.

With this strong foundation, we extend our knowledge and experience to our project work through the design process. Our design teams work with clients to establish sustainability-focused goals, we optimize our drawing notes to maximize reuse and reduce waste, and we specify low carbon materials with the help of curated tools like our Sustainability Design Guide & Green Team Approved Material system.

Together, these initiatives reflect our commitment to making a positive environmental impact within our firm, through our work, and in the community.
