Mike has over 30 years of experience in the field of architecture and architectural interiors in Washington State, Oregon, California, Colorado and British Columbia. His experience encompasses a fairly wide range of project types which include commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, industrial, nautical, entertainment and residential. Mike has worked successfully with a number of larger accounts such as Alaska Airlines, the Port of Seattle, Nike, Nordstrom, Eddie Bauer and Deloitte as well as many small, individual and office clientele. He enjoys solving the challenges that sometimes come with creating spaces. Mike thinks that having a hands-on approach on any project is the key to Project Management success.
His management style is: Listen to the client; Respond appropriately to their needs and goals; investigate all of the project parameters; create a unique space for them within their budget and functional context of the surrounding environment; do all of the above "on time."
Mike graduated from the University of Washington, School of Architecture with a BAED in 1976.
